We Integrate Data

When parents or guardians create an account for their children’s telehealth consultations, we may gather personal information about the kid under the age of thirteen. During a telehealth consultation, we may also gather personal information from children, such as their first and last name, medical records, a video or audio file that includes their voice and image, persistent online identifiers from the devices they use, such as IP address, processor or device serial number, and unique device identifier, and geolocation data.
